A Business Centre comprising ten office units and four retail units is now fully let following three office lettings in one month.
Philip House is on Exeter’s Honiton Road, opposite the Met Office and Brewers Fayre. The building’s prominent frontage is now home to Starbucks, Dominos and Subway, and to the rear of the building is a business centre comprising ten office units and one warehouse.
Three new tenants were signed up at the business centre in December, including two leisure operators and a legal firm, who took units ranging from 328 sq ft up to 777 sq ft. They join a mix of tenants including a recruitment firm, a parish council, an accountant and a social media consultant.
Jonathan Ling of Stratton Creber Commercial’s Exeter office comments: “Although there has been a definite increase in the demand for serviced offices in recent years, the flexibility which they offer comes at a high price, and they do not suit all small office occupiers. Business Centres which offer small units on affordable rents continue to prove popular, and the demand for small offices in Business Park locations consistently outstrips supply.”
