Summer 2012 marks a milestone for Prop-Search Director, Simon Toseland as he celebrates 25 years of working within the commercial property industry.
Simon began his career in Northamptonshire with Wilson & Partners in 1987 and stayed with the company through its evolutions into Connell Wilson, working in London Docklands between 1991/1993 and then later heading up the North Northamptonshire region for Lambert Smith Hampton. He joined Underwoods as a Partner in 1998 and subsequently co-founded Prop-Search in 2008.
Simon Toseland said: “They say that time flies when you are having fun and I have really enjoyed, and continue to enjoy, working in the commercial property industry. For sure it has thrown up some pretty challenging moments but overall it is a fascinating job and keeps us on our toes.”
Prop-Search expanded its regional coverage/services, opening a second office in Milton Keynes in March 2012. The company already carried out work in the Buckinghamshire area, but recently secured further instructions from a number of international investment clients with assets based there.
Simon added: “Milton Keynes offered a logical extension of our business which is already well established across Northamptonshire.”
Simon is an Ambassador for Northamptonshire, Chair of the Wellingborough Town Centre Partnership and Director of the Wellingborough BID.
