Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have let the first and second floors of 9 High Street, Southampton to Staff (2000) Limited.
The premises comprise approximately 1,090 sq ft of office space over the first and second floors of a three storey building with the ground floor offering separate retail space. The offices were let on a new 10 year lease at an undisclosed rent.

Goadsby are still marketing the ground floor retail unit which comprises approximately 1,226 sq ft of retail space which is available on a new lease.
