Property expert A&J Mucklow challenged a group of commercial and industrial agents to an afternoon of sporting challenges to showcase Duo, the largest available property in its burgeoning portfolio.
More than 50 agents from across the property sector – representing both the industrial and commercial markets – came together at Duo to compete for a chance to win prizes, including dinner for two at Raymond Blanc’s double Michelin Star restaurant, Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons.
Prominently located in Aston just off the A5127 Lichfield Road, Duo provides 39,400 sq ft of mixed-use space, split between warehouse and industrial areas and two floors of high-quality offices.
Duo benefits from excellent transport links being approximately two miles from both Birmingham city centre and the M6 motorway which is accessed via the A38(M) Aston Expressway. There is also excellent on-site parking provision, with 112 dedicated spaces.
Mark Vernon, A&J Mucklow, said: “Duo represents an ideal headquarters location, with some truly great office accommodation and over 23,000 sq ft of space perfect for industrial or warehousing use. There is an opportunity to increase the electrical supply to over 2MVA, making Duo idea for a wide range of occupiers, including high-tech manufacturers and data centre providers.
“We really wanted to do something different and get the agents fully involved in the activities, while giving them the chance to experience the space on offer for themselves. We are now looking for someone to take up occupancy of what we believe is one of the most unique and flexible commercial and industrial properties in the region.”
Founded in 1933, A&J Mucklow Group Plc is a Midlands-based property company, focusing on the long term ownership and development of both industrial and commercial assets.
Top prizes at the event went to Jon Ryan-Gill of CBRE and Christian Smith of GBR Phoenix Beard.
