The speculatively built units at Victoria Trading Estate, Oldham are now fully let, following the completion of the last remaining unit.
The estate comprises of 30,000 sq.ft with National Occupiers including Howdens, ToolStation, Sally Salon Services and recently Euro Car Parts.

Nolan Redshaw originally acquired the investment on behalf of Maple Grove and advised on the scheme design and viability for the new phase of the scheme.
