Serviced Office provider Pure Offices opened the doors to its new business centre at Cheadle Royal Business Park, South Manchester last week. This is the group’s 21st serviced office location in the UK and boasts over 85 various sized offices suitable for 1 person through to teams of over 30.
The launch was attended by over 70 guests including: the Mayor of Stockport Councillor Walter Brett; occupiers on Cheadle Royal Business Park; local property agents; new occupiers of the centre and representatives from the Council. A mixologist was on hand to produce a range of cocktails, canapés were served and guests were offered a complete tour of the new business centre.
As well as offices, there are business lounges, chat rooms and meeting rooms throughout the new centre, where clients can relax, meet and network.
Centre Manager Liz Faulkner comments, “We have had a fantastic response from local businesses to the opening. There is a real shortage of high quality, flexible office space in South Manchester and this location is second to none. We are only a short distance from John Lewis, Sainsbury’s, David Lloyd Leisure, two golf courses, Manchester airport and Manchester city centre. The second floor particularly provides fantastic views over the park and the nearby lakes are home to Canada geese and swans.”
Pure Offices Managing Director Katie Whell, comments, “This centre is the latest stage of our ambitious expansion programme and we are proud of what we have achieved, creating fantastic offices and amenity space for businesses to thrive in. The setting and location are perfect for those looking for quality space on flexible, competitive packages.”
Pure Offices was founded in 2007 and has built a comprehensive portfolio of serviced offices across the UK. Their clear and affordable pricing structure along with highly flexible licence agreements appeals to all occupiers from start ups through to global brands.
