JLL has appointed Tim Vallance to a newly-created role as Head of UK Investor Services, from 1st January 2019.
The role will bring together JLL’s market leading services and capabilities to provide tailored solutions for investors looking to access UK real estate.

As retail continues to be an important sector for JLL, Tim will also take the role of UK Retail Chairman. JLL’s UK Retail team will now be led by Paul Marshall and and Nick Hart will lead JLL’s UK Retail Capital Markets team. In his new role, Tim will work with Paul and Nick to provide strategic direction, thought leadership, business development and relationship management.
