A family-run company which has been providing care in the Salisbury area for more than 15 years has a new home at Technology House, High Post.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated the letting of Suite 1 at High Post Business Park, near Salisbury, to Prime Care Associates.
Quoting rent on the 624 sq ft (58 sq m) premises was £8,000 per year and Prime Care has agreed a six-year lease.
Myddelton & Major Surveyor Gary Mead said: “New tenants Prime Care has been a market leader in the provision of home care in the Salisbury and Amesbury areas for more than 20 years and is staffed by 50 carers.
“Technology House is a detached two-storey modern office building providing high-quality ground and first floor office accommodation with suites in a range of sizes. The building is served by an eight-person passenger lift.”
Mr Mead added: “High Post Business Park is approximately four miles north of Salisbury city centre on the A345 Salisbury to Amesbury road. Technology House is on the edge of the business park, surrounded by landscaping and its own dedicated parking for up to 100 cars.”
