Moorepay, the market leading provider of Payroll and HR solutions to SMEs, has relocated to a newly refurbished office in Lowry Mill, Swinton, Greater Manchester.
Part of NGA HR UK, Moorepay has taken 10,000 sq ft of space on the fourth floor of the restored Victorian Mill, which was officially opened by the Salford City Mayor, Paul Dennett, in November.
The deal was agreed by joint agents Cushman & Wakefield and Canning O’Neil, acting on behalf of the landlord, Vanguard Holdings.
Toby Nield, Associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s Office agency team in Manchester commented: “Moorepay’s commitment to Lowry Mill at such an early stage of refurbishment, is a testament to the quality of the open-plan offering. The move reinforces the trend of businesses seeking buildings with quality, personality and on-site facilities and amenities.”
Heather Moore, Moorepay Office Manager, added: “Lowry Mill satisfied all our requirements and the Vanguard team has been excellent throughout the process. As a HR business, employee wellbeing is vitally important to us. We were keen to find an office that delivers on both location and facilities. We have already been thrilled with the natural light, gym, cycle storage and on-site restaurant, Mac’s. We are all delighted with the working environment here at Lowry Mill.”
Built in 1883, Lowry Mill is a former Victorian Spinning Mill which was acquired by Vanguard Holdings in 2008 and extensively modernised to provide office space. It is located less than one mile from J16 of the M60 and a short walk from Swinton Train Station. Other occupiers include Regus, Influential Products, IT Lab, Dataspire, and Leisurewear International.
