National property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has strengthened its Milton Keynes team with the arrival of experienced industrial specialist Paul Quy.
Paul has been appointed associate director and will focus on the growing warehouse and distribution market along the M1 Corridor.
He has worked in the property industry for 19 years, and has concentrated on industrial and investment agency since 2006. His career includes spells at Bowyer Bryce in north London and Stretton’s in east London, covering the M11, A10, A1 and M1 corridors for the past 12 years.
Paul said: “There is a substantial and growing industrial market in Milton Keynes which also means it is getting increasingly competitive. With Lambert Smith Hampton’s tradition and reputation in the town and the M1 Corridor, we are well placed to take advantage of the opportunities presented by the rising demand for high quality industrial space.
“I am looking forward to developing the business and these opportunities further, alongside our offices in Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northampton.”
Welcoming Paul to LSH, Milton Keynes head of office John McDougal said: “In Paul we have recruited a highly experienced industrial agent and a first class operator who fully understands the complexities of the warehouse and distribution market. I have known him for many years and I am confident that he will be an excellent addition to the LSH team.”
