Industrial specialist LM6 Commercial Property, acting on behalf of IOAM Ltd has secured a raft of deals at Speke Business Park, Merseyside. The announcement now sees the business park fully let.
Four units, totalling over 9,620 sq ft, have been let to occupiers Killer Ink, Eurogardens, Lawrence Marr & Sons and Keep Energy. All have been secured via new leases at rents of £6.50 sq ft.
Anthony O’Keefe Director at LM6 commented: “The 16 unit multi-let estate, which was built in 2012, is now fully let for the first time. This is a reflection of a renewed asset management programme following the purchase of the estate by IO earlier this year which resulted in 19% of the site being re-let.”
He continued: “We are delighted to have secured these leases at rental levels 20 % above those achieved in 2017 which further demonstrates the strength of the market. These latest deals show that despite uncertainty surrounding Brexit, market fundamentals for quality small unit schemes in the Liverpool City Region remain robust.”
