International construction and property consultancy, Thomas & Adamson, has strengthened its London arm for 2019 with the appointment of a new Regional Director.
David Lane re-joins the company after a two-year period away and will be responsible for the QS department in the London office. Lane brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously worked across a wide range of sectors including residential, hotel and leisure and retail.
The appointment reinforces the company’s commitment to significantly expand Thomas & Adamson’s London presence. It is anticipated that the London office will play a significant role in the planned growth over the next five years, and the appointment of a new senior figure in the capital will bolster the team at this crucial early juncture before the five-year plan commences in February 2019.
