Global real estate advisor Knight Frank has been selected by Floreat Real Estate to manage two trophy buildings in the South West and South Wales totalling more than 200,000 sq ft.
Knight Frank will manage Castlemead, Bristol’s tallest office building located in the heart of the city centre. The building, totalling 133,600 sq ft, is currently home to Amazon, Blue Fin insurance, Royal Sun Alliance and Regus.
Floreat has also appointed Knight Frank to manage Churchill House, one of Cardiff’s prominent office buildings comprising 87,000 sq ft of workspace and ancillary retail space.
Knight Frank will manage rent and service charge collection, building maintenance and services and creative placemaking to support the value of both assets.
Floreat purchased Castlemead and Churchill House from Oval Real Estate in July in an off-market transaction.
Michael Lewis, Partner and Head of Property Asset Management at Knight Frank said: “These appointments underline the growth of our property asset management business across the South West. We look forward to working with Floreat to manage these prestigious assets in Bristol and Cardiff, two of the UK’s most dynamic office markets.”
Knight Frank is one of the UK’s leading managers and asset managers of commercial property, with a management portfolio comprising 2,900 properties with an annual rent roll in excess of £616 million.
