Eguizabal Construction Ltd have completed on the letting of 39 & 40 Trent South Industrial Estate, Little Tennis Street, Colwick.
Equizabal Construction deal with a diverse range of properties converting residential projects into commercial and have been established since 2013, most recently working on a 16-million-pound project building 211-student apartments in the city centre of Nottingham.
The units consisted of fully redecorated warehouse/production space made of steel portal frame construction on a shared estate, measuring in at 217.48 sq m (2,342 sq ft). The units offering everything to satisfy most commercial operator’s needs, which clearly showed through the amount of interest received during the marketing.
