Carter Jonas, the national property consultancy, has agreed a freehold lease totalling over 10,000 sq ft at The Old Dairy in Bath to local office owner occupier Mayden, a provider of cloud based systems for healthcare services.

Mayden will occupy the entire building. The Old Dairy will serve as the headquarters of the Bath-business which employs over 60 people – from developers to product experts – and provides cloud based systems for healthcare services in the UK and abroad.
