Following the disposal of the main former Sealine works earlier in the year White Rose Chartered Surveyors have announced two further lettings which have recently completed.
Units 2&3 have been snapped up by ‘Bath & Homes Limited’ who strategically identified the high bay warehouse to assist with their expansion plans. The new tenant has signed up to a new 10 year lease on the 18,000 sq ft unit.
Whilst Unit 6A which measured 8,500 sq ft has just been let to an independent retail tyre specialist, again on a new 10 year lease.
This follows the letting of some 60,000 sq ft high bay warehouse space at the turn of the year to Luxfer Gas Cylinders Limited. The new tenant committed to the site for a term of 10 years. This prominently located modern steel portal framed building was able to offer 9m eaves and substantial 20 tonne craneage.
This demonstrates that there is great confidence in the Kidderminster area as a key location in the Midlands industrial region which is at the very heart of the UK economy.
