Savills has boosted its sustainability team with four new appointments, including associate director Suzanne Roberts, associate Sarune Ringelyte and two sustainability analysts, Rebecca James and Bethany Hudd. All four will be based at the firm’s Finsbury Circus office in the City of London.
Suzanne Roberts has more than 18 years’ experience in the property sector having previously worked at Inteb Sustainability Ltd, Capita and CBRE. She was instrumental in the growth of Capita’s sustainability consultancy offer. At Savills Suzanne will focus on sustainability advisory work for both new and existing clients including Legal & General and Bloomberg.
Additionally, Sarune Ringelyte joins from British Land where she held a number of sustainability roles over the past nine years focusing on improving measurement and reporting of environmental and social impacts. Sarune will oversee Savills Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark service line, as well as providing CSR reporting and broader sustainability advice.
Rebecca James joins from CBRE where she was a graduate geomatics surveyor. As a sustainability consultant she will support on client mandate work for firm’s including Savills Investment Management, The Crown Estate, Land Securities and PGIM and will assist on projects such as Electric Vehicle (EV) installations, energy reduction reports, environmental compliance and tenant engagement. Subsequently, Bethany Hudd has joined the team as an analyst having just graduated from St Andrews University.
