Barker Storey Matthews is celebrating the professional success of commercial surveyor Hannah Speechley who has just qualified as a full member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) – the industry’s professional body.
Hannah joined Barker Storey Matthews in 2014 during her placement year and returned in 2016 after completing an accredited degree course – Real Estate BSc (Hons) at Nottingham Trent University.
Working across the Eastern region from the Peterborough office of Barker Storey Matthews, Hannah has had three years of practical experience, combined with ongoing study and critical assessment from her peers in working towards her professional qualification.
Having now passed the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) qualifications, Hannah attains full chartered surveyor status.
The RICS APC is a globally recognised qualification which is acknowledged as a marque of excellence and professional competence.
