CBRE announces four senior promotions within its expanding Leeds team following its seventh year of continued growth, with figures up 13 per cent on year-to-date turnover. The promotions span service lines, including Industrial, Office Agency, Specialist Markets and Valuation teams.
In recognition of outstanding performance, David Cato has been promoted to Director within Industrial Agency; Alex Hailey is named Director within the Office Agency team; James Laidler has been promoted to Director of the Specialist Markets team and Lloyd Nicholson is now a Director for the Valuation team.
CBRE’s Leeds office now boasts 80 team members as well as the largest Property Management, Building Consultancy and Valuation divisions across its Leeds competitor base, which sets it apart as a diverse and full-service property firm leading the Leeds market.
