Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Richard Evans to head up its Logistics & Industrial team in the UK.
Evans, who will start work at Cushman & Wakefield next spring, joins from JLL where he was Lead Director of its UK Logistics Group. He has spent 16 years at JLL advising investor, developer and corporate clients on strategic industrial and logistics transactions, with a focus on major industrial sales and acquisitions and large-scale leasing mandates.
Evans will be responsible for leading Cushman & Wakefield’s 30-strong national Logistics & Industrial team, working with senior figures including Gordon Reynolds, International Partner, and Simon Lloyd, Partner. Reporting to Robert Hall, he will also join the other country logistics & industrial skill line leads in setting the strategy for the EMEA Logistics & Industrial business.
