National property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has announced the appointment of a director for its machinery and business asset division.
Patrick Ditcham has returned from Dubai, where he was a partner at Cavendish Maxwell, to lead the machinery and business asset division at LSH’s Birmingham office, in a team servicing the West Midlands and beyond.
A fully qualified RICS Machinery and Business Asset valuer with more than 30 years’ experience, Patrick has a successful track record in overseeing teams in several locations, including UAE and the wider Gulf Co-operation Council (GCC) region.
It marks a welcome return to LSH for him, as he was previously divisional director in the consultancy’s Leeds office where he led teams across the north of England and completed projects in the GCC region.
He said: “I’m very pleased to return to LSH and take up this key role in the Birmingham office at what is an exciting time for the business as it is strengthening its portfolios and teams to meet growing demand across the commercial property sector.”
Adam Ramshaw, regional director of LSH in Birmingham, said: “Our reputation as an agency that provides superlative professional support to our clients across the commercial property spectrum continues to go from strength to strength and I’m very pleased that we have made yet another senior appointment. Demand for the expertise of our valuations team is growing and Patrick’s wide-ranging experience in this sector will be a significant boost for the department.”
Patrick is the second senior appointment for LSH Birmingham in recent weeks. Andrew Morgan has joined as associate director, valuation.
