A multi-trade building facilities group has acquired an industrial unit at the popular Beacon Centre on Amesbury’s giant Solstice Park.
Devon-based Boden Group Facilities has signed a five-year lease on the 1,904 sq ft (176.88 sq m) Unit 14.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major brokered the deal for the unit for which the quoting rent was £12,950 per annum.
Myddelton & Major Partner Dean Speer said: “The rapidly expanding Boden Group Facilities is regional leader for the provision of multi-trade building services to commercial, industrial and large-scale residential clients.
“The company, founded by Steve Boden in 2009, is the only company in the south west to hold such an extensive range of supply, installation and maintenance services under one roof.
“Boden Group Facilities – umbrella for core divisions Boden Fire and Security and Boden Construction – was seeking premises in Wiltshire and we were more than delighted to source this unit.”
The Beacon Centre is situated at Solstice Park, the 160-acre mixed use business park, strategically located with direct access to the A303 dual carriageway at Amesbury.
“It occupies a prime spot at the gateway to both the popular and convenient Solstice Park and the 20 acre industrial/distribution zone.
“The development comprises 15 industrial and warehouse/trade counter units and three detached office/research and development buildings.”
Long-established Solstice Park’s other major occupiers include Home Bargains, Muller Wiseman Dairies and Tintometer.
