Hants Realty Ltd are celebrating a positive first year of trading, having successfully advised on a variety of property transactions across Hampshire. They believe their success is down to their USP of being both sector and region specific.
Hants Realty was set up in October 2017 by Robert Lee an experienced chartered surveyor from Southsea, Hampshire. Robert quotes ‘I am very pleased with the initial success of the company, in what is arguably a tough market we have managed to assist clients to transact on a number of investment properties.’
There was deemed to be a gap in the market for a niche surveying practice that was sector specific whilst also being regionally focussed, Hants Realty was formed to fill this gap. Robert quotes ‘Having worked for a number of regional and national multi-discipline practices it became clear to me that there were a distinct lack of regional consultancies solely specialising in Investment Consultancy.
There are the London Investment Agents who cover the whole country and the regional General Practice Agents who cover a variety of disciplines. Very few are both region and sector specific.’
By specialising Hants Realty believe they are able to provide a bespoke service to their clients, whilst being complementary to the market as opposed to increasing competition.
