Colliers International has announced the appointment of Ben Hall who joins the firm’s National Capital Markets team as a Director.
Ben joins from GVA, where he was a Regional Senior Director and Head of the Leeds office. Reporting to Colliers’ Head of Capital Markets, John Knowles, Ben will be based in the Leeds office and have an objective of building a market leading investment presence in Yorkshire and the North East.
“Ben has an exceptional track record in the Yorkshire and North East region, transacting over £500 million of commercial property deals over the last five years,” said John Knowles, Head of National Capital Markets at Colliers International. “In his new role, Ben will work closely with James Preston and Chris Ward in our Manchester office to provide investment advice to our clients across the Northern region.”
