A Midlands property firm has strengthened its links with The Myton Hospices after helping the charity open its second shop in Leamington.
Reeves & Partners has acted on a deal which has seen the charity, which has hospices in Warwick, Coventry and Rugby, open a store at 30 Bedford Street in Leamington.
The commercial property experts, which has offices in Leamington on Euston Place and Station Square in Coventry, is also managing the 993 sq ft unit which was let on a five year deal.
The Myton Hospices now has 18 shops across Coventry and Warwickshire, with the latest opening coinciding with the charity’s 30th anniversary year.
Philip Harvey, management surveyor at Reeves & Partners, acted on the deal.
He said: “This is a perfect site for The Myton Hospices to generate funds to operate its fantastic care services to people from across Warwickshire and Coventry.
“The shop is in a prominent location and will benefit from a good footfall this area of the town centre generates.
“We were able to negotiate a very good deal for our client and also the charity and look forward to continuing to work with the team at The Myton Hospices in our role as managers of the property.
“We’ve completed a string of lettings in recent months, which indicates that although the climate remains tough, there are good deals to be negotiated helped by working with agents which have a strong knowledge of the local market.”
Reeves & Partners also manage The Myton Hospice’s warehouse on Herald Business Park in Coventry. The firm have managed Herald Business Park for a private pension fund for more than 10 years.
