Gary Thomason, Director at GT3 commented “We have experienced steady growth, merging with +3 Architecture two years ago to form GT3 Architects, now with studios in Newcastle and Nottingham, 40 staff, and growing.
“We had outgrown our premises ion Castlegate n Nottingham and were looking for a new space with character for the next stage of our development, and have found ideal space with Bildurn at The Wallis Building – an old school building with accommodation over two floors – open plan office space at first floor with high ceilings and lots of natural light, and the ground floor where we have created a series of different working environments as part of our “Performance Plus” office design service. Our key design sectors are in masterplanning, leisure, sport, office and workplace design, and we have in house interior designers. Our success is down to teamwork. Steady and sustained growth, repeat clients, award winning buildings and impeccable client service. “
GT3 are joined by Bildurn’s team of five and DHP’s Family of 46 Nottingham office based staff. DHP Family is one of the leading names behind major indoor and outdoor festivals, national tours and standalone shows across the UK, including Nottingham’s Splendour festival.
