Chatsworth Luxury Homes Ltd, advised by Savills, has sold commercial development land at Oakham Business Park in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire to a Mansfield based manufacturer of electronic and fibre optic interconnection systems. The site was marketed at a guide price of £1.5 million.
Comprising 4.7 acres (1.9 hectares), the land currently has planning permission for a 90,000 sq ft (8,360 sq m) commercial scheme that can accommodate either warehouse units or office space.
