The last remaining units at Phase 3, Hillside Business Park in Bury St Edmunds have been let which sees the park now fully occupied once again, confirms Barker Storey Matthews who acted as joint agents with Hazells under instruction from the landlord on the final two units.
Units 17 and 19 have both just been let following relatively short periods of vacancy. Unit 17, 88 sq m (950 sq ft), will provide additional space for a storage and distibution business already located at Hillside Business Park. The larger of the two units, Unit 19 – 111 sq m (1,200 sq ft) – will be the base for a new business occupier who will run martial arts training classes following the granting of permission for change of use.
Built in 2006, Phase 3, Hillside Business Park has 17 modern, light industrial business units and is located at the end of Kempson Way in Bury St Edmunds’ premier business district, with good access to the A14.
Commenting on the final two lettings at the park, Steven Mudd of Barker Storey Matthews’ office in the town said, “Now at 100 per cent occupancy, Hillside Business Park’s units are typical of the type of small industrial premises for which there is ongoing demand from business operators in the area.”
