Topland has secured a brace of lettings comprising 36,000 sq ft between them at its recently refurbished office scheme, 31 Homer Road in Solihull.
Outsourcing group, Instant, has taken 21,000 sq ft of space on a five-year lease on behalf of a major client, taking part of the ground and entire first floor. IT service provider, CGI has taken a five-year lease on 16,038 sq ft of space on the second floor.
Instant is a managed office solution provider to 75% of the FTSE 100. CGI is a global IT and business process outsourcing company relocating from Trinity Park near Birmingham Airport.
The deals were agreed by joint agents Cushman & Wakefield and GVA on behalf of Topland Group.
The 66,364 sq ft building, which is located in the centre of Solihull town centre has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment and existing occupiers include Sales-i and Birmingham Property Group. There is now just 7,000 sq ft of office space remaining, along with some additional basement space suitable for lab or tech use.
