September was a successful month at Nolan Redshaw, with a flurry of activity within the regional office market. Four modern office deals were completed. E1 Waterfold Business Park, TFP House, Suite 1 The Pavilions and Rochester House, Hollinsbrook Business Park, Pilsworth. Totalling circa 8,200 sq.ft.
Jonathan Pickles of Nolan Redshaw comments “with constant concerns being raised over the forthcoming Brexit negotiations, these deals at the grass roots of commerce tell a refreshing story of growth and activity within the North West office market. It also highlights the supply of quality of offices on M66 corridor, with rents climbing above £13.00 per sq.ft.
Jonathan goes on to state that “all of these units were modern, good quality accommodation and it shows that if the office accommodation is modern and well presented then the demand is there”. These lettings signify an increase in market activity and we can hopefully look forward to new build offices becoming viable again.
