Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed an associate director for its Nottingham and Sheffield offices as the national property consultancy continues to expand its reach across the region.
Rob Haigh joins LSH from Harris Lamb, where he launched its property agency business for the East Midlands. His new role will see him working within the agency teams in Nottingham and Sheffield, focusing predominantly on industrial and strategic development land.
He said: “I’m delighted to have been offered the opportunity to join a company which is so well respected on both a regional and national scale. There are huge opportunities in the Nottingham-Sheffield corridor, and the region generally, particularly from an industrial perspective. The role will be a demanding one and I’m looking forward to getting started.”
Adam Ramshaw, regional director of LSH in the Midlands, said: “With investment in the industrial and logistics space at an all-time high, it’s only right that we are also investing in this sector with the recruitment of specialists such as Rob. As clients seek to find value and opportunity outside their traditional markets, our regional footprint across Sheffield, Nottingham and Lincoln gives a unique opportunity to uncover deals and provide best in class advice.”
Rob, a Nottingham Trent University graduate, studied Real estate BSc (Hons) before being appointed as a graduate at Fisher German, where he gained his Chartered accreditation and vast experience as a general practitioner before being recruited by Harris Lamb to focus his expertise on property agency.
