The Birmingham office of global real estate services company, Colliers International has welcomed a new Director to its Licensed & Leisure department.
Niall Cassidy, previously Head of Lease Advisory for BNP Paribas Real Estate in Birmingham, joins the 16 strong Licensed & Leisure team, which provides specialist advice to occupiers, landlords and investors across the pub, bar, restaurant, gym and leisure sectors across the UK.
Niall specialises in Landlord and Tenant matters and has over 25 years’ experience in the Midlands market. He will closely with recent recruits, Nigel Ball and Mark Elbourne in Colliers’ London, as well as with regional lease advisory specialists, Colin Siebert in the North West and Paul Shiells in Scotland.

Niall also has significant experience across all sectors acting as an Expert Witness at Arbitration, Independent Expert and Court and is himself an RICS appointed Arbitrator.
He joins Colliers’ Birmingham office on 3 October 2018.
