Avison Young has advised Enstar Capital and Landcap, on the £40m sale of 40 Beak in London, Soho to Science (UK) Ltd, the company owned by British artist Damien Hirst.
The 27,742 sq ft building, which was previously an Edwardian Police Station, will
be transformed into a flagship studio and art complex, designed by Stiff + Trevillion. Fit-out is now underway in anticipation of opening in Q1 2019.
