The leading UK business park and logistics investor and developer has signed a 15 year agreement to lease with Ecclesiastical Insurance Office plc, one of Gloucestershire largest employers, to develop a new 65,000 sq ft headquarters at the Gloucester Business Park.

Ecclesiastical has been based in Gloucester since the 1970s and with strong links to the city is very much committed to remaining in the Gloucester area. Arlington will now be seeking planning approval for the new building and development of the new HQ will commence in 2019, with completion expected during 2020 with the move to take place before the end of that year.
