Acting on behalf of 10 Ant Group, Goadsby have recently let 73 High Street, Christchurch to Gondola Holdings, trading as Pizza Express.
The unit which, has a Ground Floor area of 2,350 sq ft and First Floor restaurant area of 1,500 sq ft. The quoting rent was £75,000 per annum.
David Huck, Goadsby’s Retail Director comments, “Despite the difficult economic conditions the branded casual dining sector continues to buck the market. This “classic” corner location in Christchurch will be the Groups Fifth Pizza Express in the conurbation”.
