Carter Jonas, the national property consultancy, has expanded its commercial valuation team with the appointment of Peter Hague as a Partner, based out of the firm’s Leeds office at Nine Bond Court.
Hague has more than 30 years’ experience in the sector and joins from Hague Nicholls, where he was responsible for valuation, landlord and tenant and public sector consultancy advice. He was previously a director at JLL in charge of its valuation advisory business in Leeds.
In his new role, Hague will work closely with Bruce Allen, Carter Jonas’ head of valuation in Leeds, to deliver development, residential and commercial valuation services across the north of England to major banks, building societies, institutions, developers, property companies, public bodies and owner-occupiers.
Bruce Allen, Head of Valuation in Leeds, Carter Jonas, said:
“It is a pleasure to welcome Peter to Carter Jonas. He brings strong industry knowledge and has a thorough understanding of the market in which we work. As well as being highly regarded in the sector he has an exceptional track record, having been responsible for many high profile commissions over the years.
“Peter joining marks another important step in the growth of Carter Jonas in Leeds. Having relocated to a larger office in the city centre in October last year, we were able to bring a number of us together to work under one roof, creating a new hub office in the city. This has been a real boost for the team and has enabled us to work more collaboratively delivering more flexible solutions for our clients. I have no doubt that Peter will play an integral role as we continue with our ambitious growth strategy.”
