Nolan Redshaw acting on behalf of Alden Green have negotiated a Design and Build Package for a new unit of approximately 24,000 sq ft, which is let to Perspex Distribution Ltd. A ten year Lease has been entered in to and the unit is under construction.
Perspex Distribution is a subsidiary of Lucite and ultimately Mitsubishi Chemicals from Japan.
Paul Nolan from Nolan Redshaw states “this is a landmark deal for the estate, and to attract such a large multi-national company is testament to the quality of the development”.
The first phase is fully let and two units, one of 50,000 sq ft and one of 30,000 sq ft are proposed for the final phase.
Michael Solomon from Alden Green states “that this is another vote of confidence for our business park, we are delighted to be welcoming another high calibre Tenant”.
