Office take up in quarter three, 2018 in the central Birmingham office market totalled 158,935 sq ft in 28 deals, according to figures compiled by the Birmingham Office Market Forum.
When added to the 53 deals totalling 318,412 sq ft recorded in the first half year, the year to date totals 477,347 sq ft in 81 deals.
Following a subdued summer holiday period, enquiry levels have since picked up significantly across all sectors with strong viewing activity to match. That all bodes well for a positive end to the year in the Birmingham office leasing market.
