Commercial property specialist Knight Frank has promoted two members of the agency team at its Bristol office.
Andy Smith has been promoted from Associate to Partner in the office agency team, and Josh Gunn has been promoted to Associate in the industrial & logistics division.
Andy joined Knight Frank as senior surveyor, and progressed to associate in 2013. He was previously at DTZ in Bristol, and NG Chartered Surveyors, Nottingham.
He said: “Since joining the office agency team I have thoroughly enjoyed working with our excellent client base and evolving and growing the team’s book of work. We have a good mix of national and local clients and act for both landlords and occupiers active within the region. I am delighted that the Partnership has recognised this hard work and success over the last few years and look forward to my growing role within the company.”
Josh Gunn joined Knight Frank in 2013 as a graduate surveyor. He was previously working as a graduate at property consultants in Plymouth, after graduating from Oxford Brookes University in Real Estate Management.
Josh said: “I am delighted to be part of Knight Frank’s industrial & logistics team – we have a strong range of clients and instructions.”
Steve Oades, head of the Knight Frank Bristol office, said: “Andy and Josh are an integral part of our commercial agency team and have been responsible for some brilliant deals. These promotions are thoroughly deserved.”
