Exposed period features, high ceilings, large windows, fully air conditioned, a location in the hub of creativity, Radford Accessories have leased new offices at 39 Stoney Street following a phased refurbishment of the building by the Landlords over the last 18 months, working alongside FHP Property Consultants.
Radford Accessories have taken the final floor within the building, relocating from their property in Colwick to take advantage of Nottingham’s Lace Market location, which has increasingly become a hub for creative businesses.
The company has been established in Nottingham for over 40 years and is one of the largest and most established importers and exporters of fashion jewellery and accessories across the UK.
Mark Tomlinson, of FHP Property Consultants commented:
“We are working on a number of buildings within Nottingham City Centre to provide this stripped back industrial style office space and I am very pleased with the result at 39 Stoney Street, following similar projects at Fothergill House on King Street, 37 Stoney Street and the Imperial Buildings on Victoria Street.
“Working collaboratively with the Landlords and Office Innovations, Radford Accessories have created a fantastic working for their creative teams and will undoubtedly attract further talent to the business in part through the style of space and the location in the heart of Nottingham’s Lace Market.”
