Knight Frank, the global real estate adviser, has expanded its Central London Tenant Representation team with the appointment of Edward Chrimes as Associate.
Edward joins Knight Frank from commercial property consultants, DeVono Cresa, where he worked as a Senior Business Consultant representing occupiers in Central London. Prior to this, he spent four years at CBRE, starting his career on the graduate scheme in 2012. During his time there, he spent a year in Valuations before joining the Central London Leasing team, advising top landlord clients, including Royal London Asset Management, and occupiers, including the Bank of China.
In his new role at Knight Frank, Edward’s main area of focus will be identifying and securing new business for the team.
