National charity Victim Support has taken extra space at Eastern Business Park in Cardiff, owned by landlords Robert Hitchins Ltd.
Victim Support is a leading independent charity providing specialist practical help and emotional support to victims of crime across England and Wales. It has offices all over the UK.
It has taken a five-year lease on a total 4,261 sq ft in Suite 1B in one of three office buildings on the 12-acre, campus-style business park at St Mellons.
A spokesperson for Victim Support said: “Eastern Business Park suits us exceptionally well – it’s easy to get to and the facilities are great – which is why we decided to expand our space here to accommodate our growing team.”
Robert Hitchins’ Asset and Development Manager John Jones added: “We’re pleased to be able to accommodate Victim Support with this additional space. The business park is on the eastern outskirts of the city with excellent access to the M4 and A48.
Its three buildings offer a total 170,000 sq ft and benefit from a restaurant, fitness suite, conference centre, meeting rooms, creche, excellent car parking, bike storage, 24-hour access and on-site management.
