A national fashion retail brand whose head office is based in Orton Southgate in Peterborough is the new tenant of 10 Rivergate Centre in the city, confirms property agent, Barker Storey Matthews.
Acting as agent for the Rivergate Centre’s owner, AEW UK Core Property Fund, Barker Storey Matthews has recently completed the letting of the unit to Yours Clothing Ltd who trades on the high street as ‘Yours’ and has an existing shop on Bridge Street in Peterborough city centre.
The prominent Rivergate Centre unit, which fronts on to Bourges Boulevard, was vacated by Multiyork, the furniture store, after the company went in to liquidation earlier this year (2018).
Unit 10 was marketed by Barker Storey Matthews profiling retail sales space across three floors – 3,003 sq ft at ground level, 3,067 sq ft on the first floor and 2,677 sq ft on the second floor with ancillary storage and staff accommodation at this level too.
Yours Clothing will be using the unit for its ‘Bad Rhino ‘menswear brand – a rapidly growing section of its retail offer – and highlights the retailer’s continued commitment to Peterborough as a location.
