National developer Sladen Estates has strengthened its senior team with the appointment of Paul Ruane as its new projects director.
Paul brings 20 years’ experience in the industry to the firm and joins after spending ten years as deputy director of estates and head of property at the University of Derby. He will work closely with the development team to deliver on both onsite developments and assessment of new opportunities.
