Gardiner & Theobald has taken 1,300 sq ft at the recently refurbished 15 St Paul’s Street, Leeds, in the heart of the traditional office core.
DTZ in Leeds, part of UGL Services, a division of UGL Limited (ASX: UGL), advised Gardiner & Theobald on their acquisition.
