Despite a fall predicted in output for the construction industry Goadsby Building Consultancy are seeing some encouraging signs as instruction levels pick up.

This may seem the sensible option however to the contrary now is a good time to instruct building work. We are seeing contractor tender returns much lower than estimated and final accounts being agreed under budget. This therefore means clients are getting excellent value for money.’
