Franck-Steier Price has recently promoted Ben Blackwall to Director. Having been with the company since it was formed in August 2007 Ben has been integral to the firm’s establishment as one of Birmingham’s leading property investment practices.

Ben has established an array of clients including institutional investors, property companies and private clients. In the first half of 2012 Ben has completed nine transactions including three funding deals totalling £8 million and a portfolio of neighbourhood shopping schemes for £5 million.
Ben’s success has mirrored the firm’s growth over the last five years. The company has concluded in excess of £0.75 billion of transactions in over 120 deals and was recognised with Property Week’s Midland’s Investment Agency of the Year Award in 2009.
The company has a healthy sales book with over ten live instructions and currently has over £50 million of deals under offer.
