Trebor Developments, working in conjunction with its strategic partner, Hillwood, have acquired another site for industrial, mid-size, development, located at Trinity Park, Hillmead Drive, Swindon.
The site extends to 5 acres and will be developed for 78,750 sq ft of high quality accommodation in 1 or 2 units in order to meet local occupier demand for leasehold or freehold buildings.
Commencement on site is expected in January 2019 for delivery of accommodation in Summer 2019.
