One of Worcestershire’s most experienced commercial property surveyors has joined GJS Dillon.
Richard Greenwood joins Worcestershire’s largest headquartered firm of commercial property consultants and Chartered Surveyors to provide advice to landlords and tenants on rent reviews.
With a commercial property career spanning 40 years in private practice in the West Midlands and London, Mr Greenwood has advised property owners and tenants on many high profile and complex office and industrial property rent review negotiations.
“With rents starting to rise in the industrial and office property sectors across Worcestershire and beyond, we felt that the time was right to have a dedicated Landlord and Tenant Surveyor on our team,” says John Dillon, managing director of GJS Dillon.
“Richard is already advising a number of our landlord and tenant clients presently undergoing rent reviews based on an upwards change in rents, particularly on leases signed in 2013 now facing a five year rent review.”
