Walker Morris has advised rent24 on its acquisition of and subsequent joint venture arrangements with The Brew Spaces, a UK serviced office provider with multiple sites in London.
rent24 is a provider of co-working, co-living, event spaces, restaurants and a gym with sites across Europe, the US and Israel. The new joint venture will utilise services from both rent24 and The Brew and will be focused on expanding the property portfolio and service offering within the UK at a time when serviced and shared office space continues to be in high demand across the UK.
Robert Bukvic, founder and CEO of rent24, commented: “With the acquisition of The Brew Spaces we are hitting the ground running in London. We are already looking for additional spaces, not only in London but in other British cities as well.”
Oliver Duke commented: “This is a really exciting time for the rent24 brand as it continues its rapid global expansion. It was a pleasure to advise them on this transaction and we wish rent24 and The Brew the best with this new joint venture.”
Oliver Duke and Luke Riley (corporate) and Catherine Raftery (Finance) provided advice to rent24.
